I just signed up today, and while it may not be quite long enough to give too much of an opinion, I am very pleased with the hosting!
Once I found the quick start guide I easily went through the process of moving over one of my domains (a work in progress - but a good first test) and it went very smoothly.
Every feature I wanted is here. I am happy to see things like mod rewrite are even supported (I have a forum on one of my sites with some (safe) SEO mods to get rid of dynamic urls).
My old host did not support multiple sites, and this is the main reason i switched. The price is very good too. I started with the basic plan but I will most likely raise it up. I was even paying very discounted reseller rates with my old host, but the (slight) price increase is definitly worth it!
Now all I have to do is decide on some nice domain names for my other sites
