Backups

Hi. I see that Dathorn offers:

Daily, Weekly, or Monthly Backups $2.00/month per GB of disk space in chosen plan

If a daily backup costs the same per month as weekly & monthly, what might be the advantages of weekly & monthly backups? What do most people choose?

A daily backup will get overwritten every day, whereas weekly and monthly backups will be kept for the respective length. The latter are more advantageous in the case that perhaps you didn't notice that something went wrong until after the backups had been processed for the day - in general you would still be okay with weekly and monthly backups whereas the daily backup would include the very same problem.
