Hi,
I'd like to sign up with a new account with you - but I'd like to have SSL on my site. When I order a hosting account - would you be able to buy/install one on my domain for me as I don't know how to do it?

Unfortunately we do not offer this service. Once you have the account created for the domain you would have to generate a CSR and RSA private key via WHM and then take that to the SSL provider of your choosing to purchase the certificate.

I tried to do it on my other domain but I wasn't able to (so the other hosting company did it for me for a fee). But now I need more space... so no chance?

All accounts come with WHM access. It really isn't that difficult of a process to follow and we can help explain it to you.
