Some hosting questions

I'm writing to enquire about your hosting plans. I have a few questions about features which don't seem to be answered by your website's information pages. I tried emailing this to sales@dathorn.com but haven't received an answer.

1. If the monthly bandwidth quota is exceeded, is the account disabled, or is the extra bandwidth charged for at an additional rate? If the latter, what is the rate? (I've seen some replies on this forum which indicate it's immediately disabled, but I'd like to see it officially confirmed.)

2. http://dathorn.com/hostingplans.php states that dedicated static IPs are $1.50/mo each. Is one IP address included in the Basic plan?

3. Does "Custom DNS Servers" indicate that access to the DNS config file and/or control panel is available? (i.e. can we modify DNS info ourselves, e.g. to add new domains or subdomains)?

4. Do you offer a 30 day money-back guarantee?

5. Do you offer a discount for students?

I apologize that your e-mail was not answered, I don't recall seeing it and unfortunately it may have been filtered out with some other spam.

1. When a specific domain reaches it's bandwidth limit WHM automatically suspends it.

2. The first one is free. All IPs require proper justification.

3. No, that means that you can have ns1/ns2.yourdomain.com. However, after you order you can submit a trouble ticket requesting access to directly edit your DNS zones via WHM.
