Please help me get out from under my crappy host!

I have recently switched to Earthstar and to be frank their tech support people are idiots. Also their site made it sound like some things were available but really not. Like you could have 10 sites. Well I have 2 websites that I'd like on ONE cpanel. They couldn't offer WHM. In order to keep them separate I had to have separate accounts.
Through the first website I also have a large forum vb database with it. Then the second is a business with oscommerce cart site.
If I joined Dathorn could all of my stuff be moved for me? Y'all came highly recommended by my webmaster and said y'all reply very fast, great customer service, know what y'all are doing, and were very good about helping out as much as possible. Although I have to say I have emailed andrew@dathorn.com and sales@dathorn.com and got NO response.

Please let me know as soon as possible. They are very frustrating. Also they told me they were not resellers but I think they are.
I would also need a dedicated IP.
Can this be done seamless with no downtime?
Please tell what all steps I need to take to get this going.

So I need to move sites, have dedicated IP, and Im going to get an SSL that I may need help with.

First and foremost, we do receive TONS of spam that we have to filter out manually based on FROM And SUBJECT. There is a possibility that it got deleted or it could have never arrived, either way I don't recall seeing it.

If your existing host uses cPanel we can transfer your accounts. For two domains to share a single cPanel one would have to be an addon domain.

Dedicated IPs are available and the first one is free, but you must provide proper justification for it as per ARIN guidelines.

      Thank You for the reply!!

My current host does use cPanel.

I would only need a dedicated IP for one of the sites.

Also I noticed on your hosting plans it says SSL Certificate $45. Could I get that for one of the domains also (the one with the dedicated IP)?
Is that an assured certificate? 128-bit?

Let me explain that one site is a hobby/personal site, and the other that I need the Ded. IP and SSL is a business site.

Welcome aboard and I think you will enjoyDathorn, read the forumsand the FAQ's they both have great info, as you will need to brush up on WHM but it's worth the time ...
              Cheers,

Yes I have been reading lots! It will take some getting used to the WHM but I think it will end up very convienant and easier to work with. So far Andrew and everyone has been SO QUICK in ticket responses and transfers!!! A+ thus far!

As Grunfeld put it, welcome to Dathorn- I know you'll enjoy it as much as we do.
These forums are great help, got me going when I first showed up here (new to WHM)
and alot of good people. I doubt you can match Dathorn's quality, resources, and service for so low of a price
