Note that these uptime reports include all downtime for each server including scheduled maintenance, reboots, kernel upgrades, network outages, etc. I've listed the cause of downtime on some of the longer outages. The SL power outage affected cpanel54, cpanel55, cpanel56, cpanel57 which is the clear majority of the downtime that was experienced this month. Fortunately it did not occur during a peak usage time (10PM-2AM on a Sat-Sun). We do not expect this incident to occur again. More information on this can be found here.
