paypal shopping cart - warning on loading "insecure" banner

With IE, the paypal shopping cart (with custom header graphic) throws up a dialog box that asks you it you wish to load the insecure item or not. (the banner.) I called paypal and they told me that I need to put the banner in a secure location to lose this annoying warning message. How can I do that?

Basicly it means you got to put it on a website,
in a location on that site, that supports https://

HTTPS is done via a SSL Certificate...

google "secure paypal logo hosting" I found one that will host 2 logos for $2.50/year This beats the ssl cert cost if you are just starting out
