I'm on the leased version.
what's happening is, I have my monthly recurring plans (going thru 2CO or Paypal). Now all goes well up to that point. The hitch is, I have 2 services that can be subscribed to, one billed monthly, the other yearly. Whenever someone chooses a monthly plan, along with a service, the 2CO page is basically the "One-Time payment" page, not the recurring page (if someone chooses a monthly plan and no services).
The support is kinda dismal on their forums. I've been replying to my own thread (and sent a support ticket...) with my "trial and error" posts (id#'s and etc...) but I just love the software
Anyone know how to fix this?
