How do I install and use SSL? Do I just click the "Install SSL" in WHM?

yes just click "install SSL" in WHM.

Let's say I don't have any kind of manager like WHM... how do I install and use SSL? Are there any directions online (Like SSL for complete idiots?).

If your a customer (Dathorn) you should have WHM.
IF you do not have access to WHM, contact the host
and access them to install your cert...they may want you
to buy an expensive $$ one from them, or refuse to install it.
