I could definately use it. 80 + 180 gig here. The 180 is partitioned though [30 gig C / 40 odd gig E (video capture drive) / 90 gig F (storage)] the 80 gig is just D (oldest drive I have currently been formated twice now (once for fat32, and once for NTFS).
I also have an older 30 gig hd thats in an external case (a 5.25 inch bay case) that I only use for main data backup.
Would be nice to have a larger drive to partition out for various things I do. Actually Id like to have a nice sata hard drive to do video capture to. But not enough dough for that now.
Though Staples will have a 160 gig hard drive (7200 rpm) for $50 on friday and office max I believe or depot, will have a 60 gig (7200 rpm) on sale for $25 on friday. (www.bf04.com)Comment

60gb internal? Wow! Daddy needs a new hard drive
To bad I'm not good @ installing; but I think the computer shop downtown still
will transfer all my data over to the new one + install if they get to keep said old one...
Yes, I am hardware illiterate...
Or even better! Internal 160GB for only $39.94!!! *faints*

Question, its mostly off-topic but I figured what the hey.
How hot is the max "okay" to keep a PC in? (temperature)
Likewise what is the lowest you should keep a PC in?
I ask because my room is mostly glass and gets pretty
warm during the day (warmer than rest of the house)."How can someone be so distracted yet so focused?"

I think that entirely depends on your setup as different chipsets will be able to handle different heats.
I start to worry if my system goes above 45 degrees celcius whilst operating
