General contract of hosting?

What sort of contract should I use? A gaming person I've known and
briefly hosted prior to this is asking me for hosting, since he is getting
fed up with his current host.

Its a big messy issue, but basically former customer setup his own
hosting. I knew him via the person I am now talking to bout giving hosting.

Current person ditched me, went with him. Is now doing a small
job to get cash, needs better host (other guy SUCKX, so slow of load!!).

However, I want to lock him in for @least 6/mo of payment, and
a good small fee for the domain (setting up, managing, etc.).

I want to make sure that if he leaves me before his time is up, I'm going to
get a good chunk of cash for it. How should I contract his domain?

I want to make it so he can keep it for "little to no" fees, naturally stating
if he gets it, it will be viewed as him breaking the hosting contract and
moving to a new host, and then I'd collect fees for breaking the hosting contract.

That sounds alot like the cell phone companies. Just look at a standard cell phone contract, and replace the length of contract and fees, and wiress by "hosting" and it should be good. Obviously I'm generalising, but close enough in principle and wording

This agreement is between the "Buyer", also refered to as the "Customer",
signatured provided below, and the "Seller", also refered to as "Jonathan *****",
or "*********s", signature also provided below. Witness signatures of both
parties' parent(s) or legal guardian(s) provided as well.

In the event a disput araises, the "Seller" is the sole discreation at
what is a breach of the contract and what fee(s) or penalty(ies) may be applied,
as per the contract terms listed. By signing this, both parties agree to this
legally binding contract.

1. Buyer and buyer's parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) signature:

3.h Managed domain and DNS records.

4. Seller agrees to provide said services, both eletronical and
otherwise as listed in section 3, subsections "a" through "o".

5. Cancellation; please refer to subsections
5.a Customer may break the contract at any time.
5.b Customer may reserve the right to ownership of the domain (3.g)
in the event Customer seeks alternative hosting provider(s).
5.c In the event contract is not MUTALLY BROKEN, refer to section 6.a.
5.d In the event Customer seeks alternative hosting provider(s) before
the contract time peroid has expired, the contract is to be considered BROKEN.
5.e In the event Customer and Seller MUTALLY AGREE upon the Buyer to seek
alternative hosting provider(s), the fees and penalties are NULL AND VOID.

6. Fees and Penalties.
6.a In the event of a NON-MUTALLY BROKEN CONTRACT, Customer agrees to
pay in the order of $100. In the event the Customer cannot pay, the
parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) of said Customer agree to pay all fees.

7. Resources and "Illegal Scripts" found on Customer's account/website may/will
result Customer's account/website being suspended without prior notice.
7.a Any scripts found to be using a excessing amount of resources.
7.b Any IRC scripts found.
7.c Any proxy scripts found.
7.d Any illegal content/scripts.
7.e Any scripts posing a security threat/concern.
7.f Any Shell, SSH, Telnet scripts and Shell, SSH, Telnet alternatives.
7.g The Anonymizer
7.h 4nAlbum addon for phpNuke
7.i Any scripts or use of one's account in any malicious uses. (see 7.j)
7.j This includes, but is not limited to, SPAM, mail-bombing, DOS, DDoS, illegal, harmful, and harrassment.

8. Seller agrees to print this twice, sign both copies and mail to the Customer for signatures.
Customer then agrees to mail back one of the copies for Seller's records.

How does that look for a simple contract?
