    We're looking for recommendations for support/trouble ticket tools to use in conjunction with our Web site and forum. All suggestions appreciated! (Dathorn's system is proprietary and unavailable for third-party use.)

      PHPCoin is free, and pretty good. I have used it in the past.

          Thanks, Frank. Will look into it. We are not limited to use of free products, so would appreciate anyone's suggestions for paid products, too!
