How much resource do most web site consume?

Based on my research, the average website uses less than 250 MB in bandwidth and receives about 50 hits a day.

On the other hand, my resource hog web site eats up about 2 GB bandwidth and uses 1.7 GB disk. I get about 135 unique visits/4200 hits per day. Bases on growth estimates, my site will be getting about 500 visitors a day in a year from now ;-) I hope Dathorn can handle it!!

How much does your website take and what do you think most other web site consumes?

Bandwith and diskspace aren't all the ressources. You have to look at the CPU Load Average, SQL, etc...

But it's pretty rare to see 1.7GB of diskspace is quite alot for one site

i definitely use almost 2gb of diskspace and over 20gb bandwidth per month, but its my videogaming site. CPU usage is the biggest rescource problem IMHO.
