    Love the new support system...

    NOT! I sent in an TT about this problem, how
    I could not assign this IP I had gotten assigned to my acct,
    and after first reply (asking more indepth questions), I get
    a quick reply saying "I'll flag this for an admin"

    If your there answering (a) support question(s),
    come on -- why not have the power to
    FIX the problem(s) said customer(s) have?

    Just my two cents, since there's no
    more "Customer Opinions" forum.

    <EDIT>Andrew fixed in about 2mins...*sigh* love
    it, I critize then I get embarrassed when its fixed...</EDIT>

    Obviously, just like any other company in the real world, not every employee has the ability to make every decision and take care of everything. There are certain levels that "regular" techs simply cannot help you with. This is very standard practice.

      Your completely right Andrew; I'm sorry for this
      post, at nearly 3AM in the morning, tired and cranky
      wondering why this wasn't working, I shouldn't
      have entrusted myself (insert lol) to make any forum posts

          Hey Jonathan, just wanted to applaud you for your humility in admitting your error! It is rare on forums to see that. (I'm amazed at how easy it is for people to get really upset on forums... just check out WHT!).
