I have not received an email to my request, that email is sarmedic@cox.net if you want to repy. (consider this thread my complaint ticket)

As of this time we don't even know why our accout has been suspended, thank you.

You e-mailed me from [removed] and thus that's where the reply was sent to. E-mail me as I instructed with your customer username and lets end this forum discussion.

Please email sarmedic@cox.net in reference to this problem, nomax is the person who pays for this account but I administer it. (nomax can confirm that if you need)

If you wish to end this forum discussion give us acess to our ftp and control panel for backup reasons, after that we are done with talking.

P.S. Please remove our benefactors email address in the above post as that is not general information.

Yes I already saw it but I already replied to the e-mail sent from sarmedic@cox.net which contains all the information that you need.

That link does us no good, but please submit the customer control panel
verification form. You must have entered an invalid character or two that
messed up the resulting SQL query and I will have to take a look at it this
                time.

Your site was suspended for running insecure PHP scripts which allowed
visitors to download and execute very harmful software on the server. This
                is a very serious issue.

                Regards,
                Andrew
If we could access the customer control panel this post would not be here, but it's not available after the "suspension". If you have specifics about this script please let us know and we will remedy the situation.

                Thank you.

Read what I have said, you need to submit the customer control panel verification form again because it didn't go through correctly the first time. Until you do this you will not be able to submit a trouble ticket. I'm now closing this thread as this is not something that is to be discussed on the forums.

And, FYI to anyone else that stumbles on this thread, this domain was suspended for running insecure PHP scripts which allowed visitors to download and execute very harmful software on the server. This is a very serious issue.
