It won't be any time this month, beyond that I really cannot say.
Since I'll be back before the end of the month, that's all I need to know.
    Thanks!

We have no real set schedule at this time, so I really do not know, sorry.

          This

Those that are using the cpanel08 gzo.com nameservers (dns15/dns16) without IPs, do not need to change anything. They will be updated to the new IPs automatically.

Completely rocks...don't have to change anything on my sites other than disabling the forums on 2 sites durring the move (no big deal).

All those with dedicated IPs will be given new IPs.
Andrew, in relation to the emergency replacement of Cpanel08, when will we be given our new IP addresses for our custom nameservers? With less than 24 hours notice, I will have a difficult time making sure all my customers have the new information (in case they entered the IP addresses along with the nameserver names.)

cpanel08 will be completely online until at least next Wednesday as well. At which point HTTP will be disabled and then the server will be shutdown entirely a week later. You have plenty of time to make the DNS changes but definetly the sooner the better.

Is there any way to tell if your sites are already on the new server (ie can restart sql on forums) ?

A lot of the accounts have been transfered by now. You can check this by logging in to WHM on the new server. But DNS changes will not be made on our end until all accounts have been transfered.

We cannot receive any email (using outlook) since Wednesday 01:00AM.
I cannot log to: cpanel08.gzo.com:2095/horde/index.php either.

But I can log to cpanel51.gzo.com:2095/horde/index.php and read my messages.

Did we loose any messages sent yesterday/this morning?
If someone send me a mail now, on what server will it go?

Note: Our DNS were set using dns15 and 16.gzo.com.

E-mail delivery may be delayed during the server transfers due to the heavy load that is placed on the server, which was problematic to begin with, while moving these accounts.

was on cpanel08...looks like all my domains except one are moved and on the new server.

Unofrtunately, the one domain that seems to be missing is one of the bigger sites I have.

                          Any ideas on this?

I can do a ping/tracert and it shows all my other sites are on the new IP.

Not all accounts have been transfered yet. Once this is complete an update will be posted to the thread in our announcements forum. This should be finished within the next 1-2 hours.

                              Thanks...I misread the thread.

Will keep a look out to see when the transfer is complete.

All data is now on cpanel51, we're just completing the restore process now. This will take longer than my estimate above but it will definetly be done soon.
