The problem I have is that all emails generated by me either via Eudora or via my website scripts seem to jam the inbox when I'm retreiving them back to Eudora, and thus I'm then locked out of the server for some minutes.

Is anyone else having this problem?

And is it normal to wait several hours for support, especially after this seems to be a major sales focus for Dathorn?

Not all problems can be handled immediatley (your problem is not typical by any means) Victor noted that your ticket was being flagged for an administrator and I just took care of it.

Your topic is misleading. Nowwhere in your post do I see support taking 7 days. I'm guessing you mean 7 hours?

No, I do mean 7 days...

As in, this is the weekend, so do you mean 24 hours all 7 days of the week, or 24 hours for the weekdays and perhaps shorter hours at the weekends?

Support is available 24/7. Your problem is far from typical, these sort of problems will take longer than normal.
