    Anyone else on cPanel 56?

Hi, people! I've got a local client who can't get to his site from his office (though he can from home). I've had people all over the world check the site, and they get to it fine (as do I); I'm about 99% sure it's an issue of some sort with the local ISP, especially since I had a similar problem with another local client, and have never had such problems with non-local clients (which form the majority of my clientele, thankfully).

Anyway, I had him check other sites I had on the same server (cPanel 56), and it turns out he can't reach any of them. The local ISP had suggested to him that his problem is some sort of conflict with the domain provider - a pretty big issue, when you consider I'm using GoDaddy, obviously one of the largest in the USA!

Anyway, if there's anyone else checking in here who is on cPanel 56, please provide me with the URL of your site(s) so I can check whether the client can see them. Please also state what domain provider/registrar you are using. (If you're uncomfortable posting the links directly here, you can email me at service @ pactumweb . com - remove the spaces in the address.)

    Thanks in advance!

Please have the user go to http://whatip.gzo.com/ and give you their IP as it is listed there. Then submit a ticket with this information. Their IP likely got blocked by the server due to excessive incorrect login attempts.
