Just an FYI for everyone, before you get all worked up about a server possibly being down you should check it from other locations. This can easily be done by entering your domain here:

http://www.alertra.com/spotcheck.php

If that check shows your domain as OK then the server is not down. Instead, it is likely that your IP address got blocked by the server due to excessive failed login attempts. You'll need to submit a ticket with your IP address and we can see if it is blocked. You can find out your IP address by going to:
