Whats considered taxable?

I live in PA and will be offering web designing, web hosting and network consultation. I was filling out a form to establish an LLC and it asked if I was providing a server or product that was taxable.

I will be catering to those in PA as well as the other states.

So which service can be taxable?

Looks like they abolished the tax law for computer services in 1997. Lucky me. Anyways, I dont have to collect sales tax on anything except if I want to sell hardware and offer maintenance contract. So one of my division, I'll have to keep tabs on it.
