WOW! you seem to have a LOT of inline style sheets but that should be OK.

I see that you have single quotes (') in your img tags instead of double ("). I'm just guessing but I think this could be a problem.

I've had the EXACT same problem!

I think it's some wierd glitch in either Apache or maybe in this version of Cpanel. If you wait- they will eventually resolve.

Another thing is- sometimes animated gifs won't animate for a while, then they suddenly decide to animate! It the wierdest thing I have ever seen.

Two things on images and animated gifs:

        1) IE sometimes chokes on animations if the cache is full. Tools*Internet Options*General Tab*Delete Files may restore operation. This can also be the fix for only being able to save images as .bmp files.

        2) ZoneAlarms firewall can cause problems with animations, images and saving files in anything except .bmp format if the database is corrupted.

I also noticed on Cpanel30 that some images sometimes load and sometimes not. Site is plain.

Hmmmm... I never thought it would be the cache..!?

But I always surf with a fat cache, and isn't it a FIFO (first-in-first-out) cache anyway?

            SpOoKy!

Its a bug (or in Microsoft-speak, a "feature"). If the cache is full, or nearly full, or in my case, only about half full (because they are liars!), the animations are not cached, so they don't appear. There is a setting to empty the cache upon exiting, which makes me wonder why you would cache at all ....

I have also found that Norton Internet Firewall will block images as well.

              One of my users wrote:

Norton Internet Security was the culprit for me, too. I finally went into "Privacy Control" and had to turn off "Enable Browser Privacy." This is a function that prevents web sites from knowing the last web site you visited. Once I made this change I could see all the graphics and emoticons.
              Another chimed in:

I am also using Norton's octopus and your suggestion fixed it. Then, rather than leave the Privacy Control turned off, I entered NIS options, went to Web Content, added the Messing-about site, and told it to 'permit information about visited sites' for your site. That also fixed it and allows Norton to keep protecting me from other innocent web designers such as yourself.
I'm just not sure how this could possibly be a problem on Dathorn's end. If the images are served sometimes, then it seems to me it would almost always be a problem on user's side.

Frank! Surely you're not suggest that Internet Explorer has bugs in it?
