I have a eNom account, which I do not use, and an accoutn from directi.com
They seem to be good. I suggest them. They have lots of features to offer.

Stay away from mydiscountdomains.com I have about 13 domains there. Everythings works great, but you have to pay them $35 to transfer domains from them.

I use godaddy and am very happy with them. Prices are decent, interface is easy to use and support is good too as I've had to call them a couple of times (on domain transfers) and got right through to them.

        A few registrars to avoid:

        NetworkSolutions.com
        RegisterFly.com
        Register.com

I am an eNom fan, the best IMO by a wide margin.

I have an extra 7.95 account I can sell you cheap if you are interested in it...p.m me for details.

I've had a horrible experience with itsyourdomain as a customer, but I have no idea how they treat re-sellers

o man, is Register.com awful? crap, a new customer,
              stupidly, bought a domain there.....

And this is after going all through ordering,
like every step of the way it says "WE ORDER THE DOMAIN FOR YOU!!"

              man when will people learn?
BTW, I was gonna use DirectI they look awsome
but I just don't got $75 to put down on 'em.

Well, they allow them to do practically anything to the customers under them, and won't intervene.

DOMAINSNEXT.com, for instance, doesn't adhere to the ItsYourDomain.com TOS, a violation of the ICANN regulations. ICANN doesn't exactly tell you to go jump in the lake; they just don't do anything. Neither will ItsYourDomain.com. DOMAINSNEXT.COM and questionable business-man "Mansour's" other companies require a notarized letter, $15 fee, and copy of the original credit card to transfer a domain name.

You can renew the registration at ItsYourDomain and then the transfer policies are under the original TOS. ItsYourDomain only requires the notarized letter, so you're only out the $10 for the notary fee, and the hassle. I do that now, just so Mansour doesn't get my money.
