    Confused about the email that was sent out.

    The email that I think we all got points us to this thread

    IMPORTANT: Do not fill out the billing migration form if your original welcome e-mail contains information regarding Ubersmith already as this means that you already have an Ubersmith account and submitting the UberSmith migration form will result in you getting double charged. The link below is for the customer control panel

    Which states "For the form, your UberSmith client ID is found right next to your name in brackets. For instance, it might show: "Andrew Thornton [ 1032 ]"."

    and

    "If you have yet to migrate over to the UberSmith billing system then you must do this right here before you can proceed with this."

    How do we find out the UberSmith client ID. And Should I migrate since I remember having to migrate once before back in december or so was that the UberSmith Migration but I don't know my UberSmith ID? Or is this a newthing?

    I don't want to get double charged and Im slightly confused.


    I figured others might have this problem as well.

    If you migrated before then you certainly shouldn't do it again. You have to login to Ubersmith at http://billing.dathorn.com/ to find the client ID. If you are entirely unsure, send an e-mail to support@dathorn.com saying this and provide us with your customer username.
