I am trying to add a PHP chat to my site. Everytime I install it using the control panel it says one exists. I go into my FTP program and try to delete the old one it wont do it. I have even tried to rename it. 
any advice would be greatly apppppppppppppprrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeecccccciiiiiiaaaa aaated!!
