Help on Feature Manager and AutoSSL

Did anyone manually install Lets Encrypt SSL certificate at Dathorn account?

Al I can find is how to do it if CPanel has Lets Encrypt plugin installed.

In our Dathorn WHM Panel we have installed ssl certificates.
Should we replace them with new ones?
