As of approximately 5:30AM this morning cpanel27 stopped responding. Upon further investigation, we've found that there are some hard drive errors on this machine. All attempts to place services back online, such as HTTP, result in a great deal of drive seek errors due to the amount of traffic and various files being used. To ensure that no further problems occur (data loss) as a result of this, we have chosen not to bring services back online. We're currently backing up every account on the server and these will be restored to a completely new server (cpanel55). If you are using gzo.com nameservers, you will not need to make any DNS changes. Otherwise the new DNS information will be posted to this thread later today.
