I am just wondering why did you say "the first one to be upgraded to the new platform". It seems to me, that cpanel10 has already been succesfully upgraded. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Well, quite simply, it says that because I copied and pasted the cpanel10 post and did a very poor job at modifying it. It will be corrected shortly.

        OpenSRS?

I'm pretty sure that OpenSRS uses the named DNS server, and then just translates that into the IP...Does anyone else using OpenSRS know if they need to update their nameservers? There is a bulk option that I can use to bulk add and bulk remove nameservers..

but just to clarify, I don't need to update my domain records for domains that use dns39.gzo.com and dns40.gzo.com do I?

No, you don't have to update them. However, since they use the same IP, it wouldn't hurt to change them either.

Can we change usernames back to include dashes?

            >Note that during this upgrade any domain usernames that have dashes or >underscores in them will be renamed to exclude these symbols. Customer >usernames with dashes in them will remain the same.

I highly recommend against it. cPanel stopped allowing them for a reason - it casuses problems with MySQL among other things. It will only create problems in the future (for instance, transfering the account to any other cPanel host or among our own servers).

For any accounts that may have had mail delivered to the old server before the new server started picking it up, should I cat the old inbox onto the new inbox files?

That's up to you. You can simply just download the e-mail from cpanel20 still as well.
