Make Napa, CA the Capitol of NAP

Yes beautiful Napa, California should be the new capitol of the New America Pacific. They have their own State Hospital for the Insane (better known as Napa State), it would make an ideal Capitol. Since politicians are crazy anyway we might as well make them feel at home. Plus the local wine is good too.

Sorry, Texas is allready it own country

Since some here might actually take you seriously, I think it is important to post a few facts to make sure that nobody gets confused.

Texas has no tax on individual income. This one fact un-arguably suggests that Texas doesn't recognize itself as a state, but also that it doesn't recognize itself as a country. Think of its function as being something like the European Union -- e.g., even though the phone books and schools and such are multi-lingual, a single common language (English) is used in all business dealings.

Note that Texas is physically larger than most places that call themselves states, and is larger even than many places that call themselves countries.
