My biggest site has 13,000 visitors per day, it obviously runs on a dedicated server.. My biggest site ever at Dathorn had 1800 unique visitors per day, when Andrew decided to shut it down *sniff*
Ohwell. It's always time to move on and realize new plans..
Looks like my main site is averaging about 7000 unique visitors per month, with about 17,000 visits and 175,000 actual page views. So far this month, 235 of the 4500 visitors have come from external page links, and 1715 from Internet search engines, so most of those are new visitors. The vast majority of the page views are from within the site, or from direct bookmarks people have.
I have quite a few visitors from "down under", a few from South America and three or four from the British Iles and Ireland. There's an occasional visitor who chimes in from Europe (Spain, and the scandanavian countries seem to provide most of these). Every now and then we get someone from the middle east, but that's rare.
For all of that traffic, my bandwidth is still under 4gb per month. There's something to be said for compressed graphics, CSS and plain pages!
