    Invisionboard Skin review

I've been working on a skin for our company's invisionboard and wanted to throw it out there for public opinion. Red is a prominent company color and I like the dark blue myself, but I need to change the light blue and not sure what to change it to. Design-wise I'm so so, but I'm happy with some of the layout changes I've made by skinning.

    Here's the site:

    Cheers-

Thanks - I'm going to keep fiddling and keep my fingers crossed that it works fine when I upgrade to version 2...

As far as I know, no 1.3 skins will be compatible with v 2. I'm pretty sure they're redoing the whole template system.

I'm waiting for v2 before i customise my forum.

          skinning question

I was looking at the invision board recently but I couldn't find any information about customizing it. I have worked with phpBB until now and I was wondering if there is somewhere I can find a guide to help out with the process so I can go in and change things around as well as being able to completely change the look of things.

I'd start out with this one:

Make a copy of the default skin, then create a user who uses that skin, and start playing around with it. Log in as that user, make a change, refresh the forum, and so on and so forth. There's a lot you can do with it, but like James mentioned, it might all be for naught when v2.0 comes out.

Let me know if you can't find what you need in that link - I'm more than happy to share anything I know about it.
