Does a re-newed domain have to propagate?

I just renewed (finally) GamerDesigns.com ...
all the NS1 & 2, etc. is all same as before but
I'm getting a "COMING SOON" page saying its
a free parking page or something

The account is still setup in WHM, nothing
has changed xcept the fact it'd been expired
maybe 2-3wks or something like that
Sooooooooo is this just me or does it gotta
propagate all over or what? I seem to recall
my last domain within moments of renewing it
was back up and working w/o this page so what gives?

Its coming up correctly for me. Black page with the following text

Gamer Designs. This site is primarily a portfolio site.
However, if free time allows, I will add addition content. "

If the domain expired before you renewed it then yes the regular rules of propagation would apply. They re-route the domain to their domain name place holder which is what you're seeing.
