    DNS zone

How can I change where my mail DNS points to?

I tried to submit a ticket, but it gets rejected because our address can't be verified. I guess because our MX and DNS are different?

My emails to support@dathorn and Andrew all get rejected.

What does the rejectected mail returns...? It might be that your ip is blocked thru some DNSBL list.

      smtp;550 Sender verify failed.

I guess I'll just have to wait for the weekend to pull the nameservers over to network solutions and let it propagate.

It's easy, just modify the MX entry.

Already did that, but it didn't change the CNAME.

The email is working, it's just some servers aren't accepting email from us because the DNS lookup doesn't match where the email is coming from.

That's what I think is happening anyway...we get undeliverables saying "Sender verify failed".
