Andrew does a great job, without a doubt. However this cpanel 14 upgrade went bad for us and our customers.
Our issue is that the DNS/cname settings do not get transferred with the upgrade... I have submitted a ticket on this 9 hours ago, and still have not got any help? Do they work on Saturday's?
Unfornately, we can not change them ourselves, b/c it is locked.
If anyone knows how I can get help, I would appreciate it... my customers are fuming!! Their sites having been down all day.
