    DNS not propogating properly

We recently moved a website to Dathorn. It has been 4 days now and from some locations the DNS still has not propogated properly. I am told this is because we are using 3rd party nameservers. Could dhtat be?

What else can I do to resolve this?

Sometimes, the propegation issue is on the client's end. I have had experiences where people behind corporate firewalls where they cache DNS have problems until the cache is flushed.

A Windows XP user can try Start * Run and type in "ipconfig /flushdns" (without the quotes) to flush the DNS entries on their local machine.

I had one case where the ISP had a DNS cache, and it took two weeks to propegate for that user.
