Hi there
Sorry - but due to various problems surrounding the fact that I am on holidays, don't have access to my passwords and as my domain is down, can't get new details for them, have to post in the forum rather than a support ticket. Yes - I've emailed support directly but no response and nothing new on the forums. Anyway, all CPANEL13 appears to be down including my account - dis-3366. Please post an update to this forum. Apologies for not being able to post a support ticket as I know that would get a quicker response.
