    SubDomain redirect to ip?

Can i create a subdomain and redirect it to the static ip used by my home cable connection? Not just for recieving HTTP traffic but for any service i run on that server? Can i just plug in an IP vs. a http://myredirect.com/page.html?

Run a forum search, there are a lot of topics like this, you need to edit DNS zones.

Create an A record using your IP address.

You need to submit a trouble ticket to turn DNS Edit on in WHM for your account. When you create the A record don't forget the final dot. Just look at the other A records already there and you'll know what I'm talking about.
