these might look easy but im kinda use to godaddy .. so if someone could explain, how to set it with dathorn ? cause i actually dont know all the settings and what actually is needed to be changed.
When I go to that page all I get is a login screen... perhaps you can take a screenshot of what you get while you are logged in. Or am I missing something?

A and CNAME Records
This is where you enter the actual zone file data for all your records.
* Host Name: this is the part before your domain name eg ftp, www, pop3 etc
* Type: Can be set to either A or CNAME.
o A Records: an A record must be an IP address eg: 212.84.175.69
o CNAME Records: A CNAME record will point to another host name eg: www.names.co.uk
* Result: This is the field where you enter the relevan IP or hostname address for that record.
Mail Exchange Records
The MX record determines where email for your domain name is redirected. If you are given another MX record by another hosting company, then you can change it here. The MX record must be a fully qualified hostname, not an IP address
If the MX record you have been given is an IP address, then the way to set this up would be to set the MX record to mail.«domain name», and then modify the mail record in the A and CNAME Records section to (Host Name) Mail (Type) A (Result) the IP address you were given.
If you modify the MX record, you should also remember to modify the pop3 and smtp records so that you can access your emails using an email program like Outlook.
That page is for using that company's DNS servers instead of Dathorn's. This should be fine but if you want to use Dathorn's you need to change the DNS to point to Dathorn's. It's probably on a different page of the control panel at http://admin.hosts.co.uk
If you don't want to use Dathorn's than I think all you need to do is change the A record IPs to the IP of the server you are on. (Not the name server IPs but the actual server IP). Both of the A records will be the same IP.
No, if you want to change to Dathorn's you need to change DNS. The screen shots that you posted are not the correct form to fill out. There must be another section for changing DNS servers.
