Usually when i sign up to some site im using unique email, like domainname@mysite.com, few of them has started spamming me. Is there any way to disable those few emails?
Not really. You can delete them from your system under the "Mail" icon in Cpanel, but they can still send them to you. They get handled like any email to "whatever@yourdomain.com". By default, they go to the "default" email address. But, there is a solution:
Look for the option to set up a filter for any unrecognized email address under that same icon. You can set those to :fail: or :blackhole: which just sends them to the bit bucket when received. There's also an option to send a response back, in the format :fail:no such user here (or something like that; I'm remote and can't access Cpanel through the firewall here). Between those options, you can take care of the spurious emails.
