Move only email accounts to new domain

I have an add-on domain on an account that I would like to change to have its own WHM. It's a complete rebuild so I don't need to move anything except the email accounts for that domain. Is there a way to do that besides running and restoring a full backup, like just copy some files/folders out of the /home directory?

Well no one responded so I experimented. It turns out it's as simple as moving content from the mail and etc folders. I didn't imagine it would be so easy.
