Read Webmail 404 Error

When I click on the Read Webmail link next to a user-created account in cpanel's Mail Account Maintenance screen, I get:

Not Found The server was not able to find the document (./frontend/monsoon/mail/webmailform.html) you requested Please check the url and try again. You might also want to report this error to your webhost. cpsrvd/9.4.2 Server at www.valuedwebsites.com

However, the related link works fine for the system-created email account.

Please modify the account via WHM to use a different cPanel theme.
