    Mail attachment quota

Hi. I'm having issues with folks sending email with large attachments - 5 MB or so - getting rejected with this message: xxxx@yyyyy.com on 29/03/2005 18:17
This message is larger than the current system limit or the recipient's mailbox is full. Create a shorter message body or remove attachments and try sending it again.

I have plenty of space available in my disk quota, so I don't think it's a problem in terms of exceeding my package's limits, but I can't find a setting in CPanel or WHM where an attachment quota is set. Where do I find this setting?

Is that the issue or is there some other issue going on that I'm missing.

    Thanks,
    Mike

How about the mailbox size setting?

This is for the main account, so there is no option to set a quota for it. Mailbox size settings for other accounts are unlimited.

      Thanks,
      Mike
