What is my catch all email account?

I have a question.

What is my catch all email account? ... the POP 3 account

Is it catchall@mydomain.com ?

Do I have to create this in the cpanel?...in other words, do I have to set up catchall@mydomain.com in my cpanel?

The reason is that some email script ask for the catchall account (POP3) and I have no idea what it is. Such as Hivemail or Socket Mail

Hope someone can help me out.

The default catchall is your username@domain.com
