site to site transfer

I want to transfer the files from one site to another in the same cpanel but without downloading them to my computer.
I tried with cuteftp but I always get errors, some advice please

WHM has a built in account transfer function, but its only accessible to root users (ie Andrew) AFAIK.

Alternatively you can download a full backup from the old site (through cpanel), upload this backup to the new server, then get andrew to install the full backup.

Your best bet would be to use the command line via SSH for the account.
You can login to one account and then either use rsync or ftp via command line to transfer all the data between servers/accounts without having to download it.

flashfxp also lets you do this. transfer from server to server.
