    User not found?

    Hi,
how can I configure my "catch-all" account to reject messages sent to :

    randomuser@mydomain.com

Right now I get just tons of spam.

It would be easier to just discard the message or send out a classic "user not found" message, just in case the mailer is legit-- right now if someone mistyped my real address they would not get an answer and their mail would be lost forever in the gigabytes of spam...

    Thanks in advance!!!

Just setup a filter to bounce those messages. It's under the email settings page.

Preferably, do not bounce them, in most cases it is quite pointless other than increase server traffic. Just send them to /dev/null or :blackhole:

        More in depth instructions:
Go to the mail area of CPanel
        Click default address
There put the correct command (remove the quotes):
":fail: no such address here" will bounce the message
        ":blackhole:" will just delete it.
