I had a client call me about email problems. So, I go into the Disk Usage Viewer in his control panel, and see that mail/hisdomain.com has 70MB of junk in it. Ok, so I'm able to go into HORDE and delete stuff from the INBOX.sent and INBOX.trash folders and clear up a little of that. The part that confuses me is that there seems to be two different folder trees involving mail. I see:
/mail/hisdomain.com
/mail/hisdomain.com/user1
/mail/hisdomain.com/user2
etc.
Then I also have:
/mail/user1
/mail/user2
etc.
You can see this for yourself, log into horde using the account's credentials, then look in the folder dropdown in the upper-right.
The file sizes of the similarly-named folders within these two different folder trees do not match, so I'm ure they aren't "shadows" or anything.
I guess I'm just confused about what is what, it makes me a bit paranoid to delete anything.
Thanks!
