Lost Horde Addressbook on Upgrade?

Hi,

One of my customers has complained that his Horde addressbook has been deleted since the upgrade to the latest version. I don't use Horde myself, but does anyone know if such an upgrade does indeed remove your address book, and if so is it possible to retrieve the old address book?

The software upgrades did cause this, please submit a trouble ticket regarding this and include the e-mail address that is missing their contacts. We may be able to retreive them.
