FTP access problems.

I've been having trouble logging into FTP between 0400 and 0600 (GMT-5) every single day for the past week and a half. I tried FTPing into servers on other hosts and it works fine.

Is there some kind of regular maintenance every night that shuts down FTP operations between those hours?

(I'm on Cpanel24)

Backups are run during a period between those times but it really should not effect your ability to login to FTP.
