PHPlist has a new version. 2.8.4
Even though the version number suggests only a few fixes, some more involved stuff has been added:

ISPs can now add a little server wide configuration file that will determine the limits of batch processing for any PHPlist installation on their server.
- the content of the "thank you" page is now editable in the admin area.
