can't receive any e-mails

All e-mails sent to info@swissplay.net are not received and get lost somewhere. If I use trace an e-mail I get:

Mail Routing Error
Filter/Alias File
SMTP Destination
"

any help?

Are you sure you made the account, info@swissplay.net ?
If so, does it have a large enough quota to receive emails?

Something similiar has happened to me, where I could
not receive any emails; turned out that account was at
max space limit, and had to bump it from the WHM so the
inbox could receive more messages.

As well, did you set the email like as a forwarder? etc.
