I renewed the SSL certificated for my domain www.dolcemiastore.com but something went wrong and Ev1servers.net says it was installed to dis3963.cpanel18.gzo.com instead. Is there any way you can straighten it out from there, i.e., move it to www.dolcemiastore.com?

If the SSL certificate is issued to the wrong domain then you will have to get it re-issued from EV1 to the proper domain. If it's just installed on the wrong domain you can submit a trouble ticket and we can resolve this. -
New SSL certificate not recognized
I finally got a new SSL certificate issued for www.dolcemiastore.com and installed it (I thought) via cPanel. But when I try to open my site using https my browser tells me the certificate is expired. When I look at the certificate details, I see that it is still using the old certificate, not the new one which doesn't expire until 2009. Something must have gone wrong during the installation process....
